To change the shutter speed make sure you are on manual. Then hold down the button on the right side of the camera with the white asterisk (*) above it and move the finger wheel to the left. That should do it

Thanks! I use Microsoft digital Image program. You don't need a editing program to create that picture, just a manual camera with a long shutter speed will do the trick
